The German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce has been a partner of the Society for Academic Study Preparation and Test Development (g.a.s.t.) since February 2021 and, as a licensed test center for the German language examination, conducts TestDaF (Test of German as a Foreign Language) in Iran.
The tasks of the non-profit association g.a.s.t. are the development, use and evaluation of tests for aptitude and performance assessment in higher education. Members of g.a.s.t. are the German Rectors’ Conference, the German Academic Exchange Service, the Goethe-Institut, the Universities of Bochum, Hagen, Leipzig and Munich as well as the Fachverband Deutsch als Fremdsprache.
