Masoud Pezeshkian has been elected as Iran’s new president, securing 53.3% of the votes counted.
According to the information center of Iran’s Ministry of Interior, after counting all the votes in the branches inside and outside the country, Masoud Pezeshkian was elected as the 9th President of Iran. The final report of the vote counting results is as follows:
Total votes counted: 30,530,157 votes
Pezeshkian’s votes: 16,384,403 votes
Jalili’s votes: 13,538,179 votes
In this way, Masoud Pezeshkian has been elected as Iran’s new president.
