On February 26, 2024, a cooperation agreement was signed between the German-Iranian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tehran Printing and Packaging Union to establish communication and cooperation using the facilities and capacities of the parties involved.
At the meeting hosted by the Chamber in the presence of Shahin Asghari, President, Abolfazl Roghani, Vice President and Faraz Jebelli, Managing Director of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, as well as Ahmad Abolhosni, President of the Tehran Printing and Packaging Association, the intensification of joint cooperation, successful participation in German trade fairs and the organization of joint events were discussed.
Shahin Asghari expressed his satisfaction with this dynamic cooperation but emphasized the expansion of the cooperation and said: “The quality of the Chamber of Commerce’s business delegations differs from other providers, as the planning of the delegation trips is comprehensive and structured. In addition, participants have the opportunity to visit production facilities on-site”. He also highlighted the services provided by the Chamber’s legal and commercial departments in the field of foreign trade and customs.
Faraz Jebelli sees this cooperation agreement as the beginning of renewed growth in membership numbers and targeted cooperation between the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the various associations. Referring to the business delegations, he emphasized the importance of the time factor: “In order to achieve a satisfactory result and maximum participation in these delegations, it is necessary to speed up planning and preparations.”
