Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate maintenance of financial records, supporting daily financial operations, and assisting in the preparation of detailed reports for the financial manager. This role is essential to managing our financial health and requires high attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor bank accounts
• Issue accounting documents and oversee daily financial activities
• Prepare financial reports as directed by the financial manager
• Control and review payable and receivable accounts
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and provide support during audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• Proven proficiency in accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations
• Proficiency in English or German (both languages are an advantage)
