15.10.2025The Club Junger Unternehmer held a workshop on “An Introduction to Commercial Contracts with a Focus on Digital and E-Commerce Agreements.”
As part of the strategic goals of the CJU of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce to empower its members, a three-hour workshop was held to explore and explain various types of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on digital and e-commerce agreements.
Organized by the Club’s Foreign Trade Commission, the workshop brought together 30 members and guests at the Chamber’s premises. The event opened with welcoming remarks from Mohammad Karimi, Chair of the Club’s Foreign Trade Commission, and Kasra Emam-Saffari, Deputy Managing Director of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The session was then led by Dr. Ali Abbaspour, university lecturer and attorney-at-law.
In the first part of the workshop, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of commercial contracts, different types of agreements, and related legal principles. Several judicial cases were also reviewed for practical insight. The second part focused on e-commerce and digital contracts. During the break and after the workshop, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in networking.
The Club Junger Unternehmer of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce aims to continue holding such workshops to promote the personal and professional growth of its members; one of the Club’s core objectives.
