Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Iran. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing channel partners, key account management, and achieving country-specific plans for various business lines, including Hardcopy, Computed Radiography (CR), and Digital Radiography (DR). The Country Manager will develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive business growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure effective distribution and sales of the products.
• Key Account Management: Identify and manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve country-specific sales targets for Hardcopy, CR, and DR business lines.
• Business Planning: Create, implement and meet country-specific business plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences or Engineering. A Master’s degree in business is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business management, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
