The President and Managing Director of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce hosted the senior members of the chamber.
This meeting was attended by Mr. Adabi, Mr. Afshar, Mr. Khanboudaghi, Mr. Daneshmand, Mr. Shah Hosseini, Mr. Edalatian, Mr. Ghaffari, Mr. Nekoufar, and the President and Managing Director of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
At the beginning of the meeting, Shahin Asghari presented a report on the performance of the Board since the last General Assembly. Afterward, the senior members shared their opinions and suggestions to improve the Chamber’s performance.
Topics such as establishing a communication channel with the Chamber’s members, intensifying contacts with the German government, efforts to solve problems with the DIHK, organizing visits, and using the potential of other chambers were among the main suggestions made during the meeting. In addition, the issue of visas was identified as one of the biggest challenges for businesspersons, according to the senior members.
According to the senior members, maintaining the independence of the German-Iranian Chamber and respecting its traditions, as well as introducing new methods such as creating virtual chambers and utilizing the potential of social networks, are among the most important issues that the Chamber should prioritize. It is also important to explain the importance of the German-Iranian Chamber and its role in German trade partners.
