Position: Market Consultant – Marktberatung

About the Role

DIIHK is looking for a motivated professional to join its Market Consulting (Marktberatung) team.

The position focuses on supporting German and Iranian companies with market research, business partner searches, market entry, and business development.

2–3 years of relevant professional experience is an advantage, but not required. Motivated candidates with a strong academic background and interest in international business are also encouraged to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and company research.
• Identify potential customers, suppliers, distributors, and business partners.
• Support business partner searches and B2B matchmaking projects.
• Communicate with German and Iranian companies and institutions.
• Prepare market reports, presentations, proposals, and client documentation.
• Support business delegations, events, and other market-entry projects.
  

Candidate Profile:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional and client-oriented working style.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in international trade and German-Iranian business relations.
  

Language Requirements:

Persian (Farsi): Native or fluent

German: Very good

English: Very good

The candidate should be comfortable communicating professionally in all three languages, both verbally and in writing.
