Speaking at a press conference on Monday, July 21, he stated: \u201cThe investment tasks we are facing cannot be achieved with public funds alone. On the contrary, a major share must come from private investors.\u201d<\/p><p>However, the executives of the companies involved stressed that this investment is contingent upon the implementation of the reforms promised by the government. The initiative comes ahead of the expected increase in government spending, which is anticipated to follow recent reforms to debt regulations and the creation of a special infrastructure fund.\u00a0<\/p><p>Roland Busch, CEO of Siemens, said that the government must ensure \u201cfewer regulations so that companies have more freedom and room to innovate.\u201d Busch added at the
