This represents a 17% decrease compared to the same period in 2024 (\u20ac516 million).<br \/>Of this total, German exports to Iran amounted to \u20ac349 million, showing a year-on-year decline of 19%. Iranian exports to Germany totaled \u20ac81 million, reflecting a smaller decrease of 4%.<\/p><p>In April 2025, bilateral trade was recorded at \u20ac94 million, down 13% from April 2024. German exports to Iran in this month stood at \u20ac75 million (\u221212%), while exports from Iran to Germany amounted to \u20ac18 million (\u221218%).<\/p><p>From January to April 2025, Germany\u2019s leading export category to Iran was machinery and transport equipment (SITC Section 7), with a total value of \u20ac131 million. This reflects a 31% decrease compared to the same period of the previous year. Iran\u2019s main export category to Germany during the same period was food and live animals (SITC Section 0), totaling \u20ac45 million and showing a 4% increase year-on-year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aaf18af elementor-align-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"
