This marks a 1% increase compared to the same period last year, driven by a notable rise in Iranian exports to the bloc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b78f0b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3b78f0b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>From January to September 2024, EU-27 exports to Iran remained steady at \u20ac2.83 billion, while Iranian exports to the EU-27 increased to \u20ac630 million, reflecting a 6% growth compared to \u20ac595 million during the same timeframe in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>However, the month of September 2024 saw a 9% decline in total trade volume compared to the previous year, dropping from \u20ac387 million to \u20ac352 million. EU-27 exports to Iran fell by 14%, decreasing from \u20ac329 million to \u20ac283 million. In contrast, Iranian exports experienced a significant boost, rising by 19%, from \u20ac58 million to \u20ac69 million.<\/p>\n<p>Germany maintained its position as Iran\u2019s largest trading partner in the EU-27, with trade between the two countries amounting to \u20ac1.14 billion during the first nine months of 2024.
