Initiiert wird das Ganze von der Unternehmensberatung Intrapren\u00f6r, die mit der gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation 4 Day Week Global (4DWG) zusammenarbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Laut dem Bericht der Tagesschau gibt es zwei Modelle f\u00fcr die Vier-Tage-Woche: Das eine ist die sogenannte komprimierte Vier-Tage-Woche, die etwa in Belgien bereits gesetzlich verankert ist. Dabei erledigen Besch\u00e4ftigte das bisherige Arbeitsvolumen an nur vier Tagen \u2013 bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche kann sich ein Arbeitstag so von acht auf zehn Stunden am Tag verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n<p>Im anderen Modell wird die Arbeitszeit nicht komprimiert, sondern reduziert \u2013 die Besch\u00e4ftigten arbeiten also nicht mehr 40, sondern nur noch 32 Stunden pro Woche \u2013 und das meist bei gleicher Bezahlung. Auch in dem deutschen Pilotprojekt wird diese Variante getestet. Ausgewertet wird das Projekt dann an der Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster.<\/p>\n<p>Mehrere L\u00e4nder \u2013 etwa Gro\u00dfbritannien, Spanien und Island \u2013 haben sie bereits getestet, die Studienlage ist entsprechend umfangreich. So war es etwa in Gro\u00dfbritannien: Dort testeten 2022 61 Unternehmen mit rund 2.900 Mitarbeitenden ein halbes Jahr lang die Vier-Tage-Woche und waren offenbar \u00fcberzeugt: 56 Firmen beschlossen anschlie\u00dfend, das Modell erst einmal beizubehalten. Die Mitarbeitenden waren der Studie zufolge ausgeglichener und ges\u00fcnder, die Produktivit\u00e4t hat sich sogar
