K\u00fcnftig gilt der verhandelte US Dollar Kurs in der zweiten Handelsplattform des Devisenmarktes als Referenz f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche W\u00e4hrungstransaktionen. Diese Reform bedeutet faktisch das Ende der Vorzugswechselkurse und stellt einen Schritt weg von staatlich festgelegten Preisen dar. Die Regierung bezeichnet die Ma\u00dfnahme als Beitrag zu mehr Transparenz, zur Reduzierung von Arbitrageeffekten und zur St\u00e4rkung marktwirtschaftlicher Preisbildungsmechanismen. Zuk\u00fcnftig sollen alle Waren und Dienstleistungen auf Basis des verhandelten Wechselkurses kalkuliert werden.<\/p><p data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"592\">Gleichzeitig k\u00fcndigten die Beh\u00f6rden an, dass Mehrkosten bei Grundnahrungsmitteln \u00fcber ein elektronisches Gutscheinsystem an die Haushalte ausgeglichen werden sollen. Ziel ist es, soziale Ausgleichsmechanismen beizubehalten und direkte Belastungen f\u00fcr Verbraucher zu begrenzen.Mit der Einf\u00fchrung eines einheitlichen Referenzkurses werden Angebot und Nachfrage am Devisenmarkt nun innerhalb eines klar definierten Rahmens zusammengef\u00fchrt. Beobachter gehen davon aus, dass diese Entscheidung den Abbau weiterer administrativer Preisfestsetzungen in der iranischen Wirtschaft erleichtern
