Die Handelsbeziehungen zwischen Iran und der Europ\u00e4ischen Union haben sich im Jahr 2025 weiter abgeschw\u00e4cht. In den ersten zehn Monaten des Jahres ging das bilaterale Handelsvolumen um 18 Prozent auf 3,1 Milliarden Euro zur\u00fcck.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Im Zeitraum von Januar bis Oktober 2025 beliefen sich die Exporte der Europ\u00e4ischen Union nach Iran auf rund 2,43 Milliarden Euro, was einem R\u00fcckgang von 21 Prozent gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahreszeitraum entspricht. Die Exporte Irans in die Europ\u00e4ische Union erreichten im gleichen Zeitraum etwa 658 Millionen Euro und lagen damit f\u00fcnf Prozent unter dem Niveau des Vorjahres. Der R\u00fcckgang des Handelsvolumens spiegelt anhaltende strukturelle und externe Einschr\u00e4nkungen im bilateralen Warenverkehr wider.<\/p>

Auch die monatlichen Daten best\u00e4tigen den Abw\u00e4rtstrend. Im Oktober 2025 erreichte der Iran\u2013EU-Handel ein Volumen von rund 283 Millionen Euro, was einem R\u00fcckgang von sieben Prozent im Vergleich zu Oktober 2024 entspricht. Die EU-Exporte nach Iran beliefen sich in diesem Monat auf 220 Millionen Euro und lagen damit acht Prozent unter dem Vorjahreswert, w\u00e4hrend die iranischen Exporte in die EU mit 63 Millionen Euro um zwei Prozent zur\u00fcckgingen.<\/p>

In Bezug auf die Warenstruktur und auf Grundlage der SITC-Warenklassifikation wurden die EU-Exporte nach Iran vor allem von chemischen Erzeugnissen und verwandten Produkten gepr\u00e4gt, die im betrachteten Zeitraum insgesamt um rund f\u00fcnf Prozent zur\u00fcckgingen. Die Ausfuhren von Kraftfahrzeugen und industriellen Maschinen aus der EU nach Iran verzeichneten einen deutlich st\u00e4rkeren R\u00fcckgang von 39 Prozent. Auf der Exportseite Irans in die EU behielten Nahrungsmittel und lebende Tiere ihre f\u00fchrende Position und legten um rund 18 Prozent zu. Demgegen\u00fcber gingen die iranischen Exporte von chemischen Erzeugnissen und verwandten Produkten in die EU um etwa 29 Prozent zur\u00fcck.<\/p>

Aus L\u00e4ndersicht blieb Deutschland der wichtigste Handelspartner Irans innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union. Es folgten die Niederlande, Italien, Frankreich und Belgien bei den EU-Exporten nach Iran. Bei den iranischen Exporten in die EU belegte Deutschland ebenfalls den ersten Rang, gefolgt von Italien, Spanien, Bulgarien und den Niederlanden als wichtigste Absatzm\u00e4rkte f\u00fcr iranische Waren.<\/p>
