Demnach ist die Einfuhr moderner Maschinen zollfrei, wenn diese zum Ersatz verschlissener Maschinen verwendet werden.<\/p><p>Diese Anweisung basiert auf Artikel 48 Absatz D Klausel 2 des siebten F\u00fcnfjahresentwicklungsplans. Dieser besagt: \u201eDie Einfuhr moderner Maschinen zum Ersatz veralteter Anlagen ist zul\u00e4ssig, sofern die Maschinen nicht im Inland hergestellt werden oder die inl\u00e4ndische Produktionskapazit\u00e4t nicht ausreicht. Dies muss vom Lenkungsausschuss f\u00fcr wissensbasierte Technologien gem\u00e4\u00df dem Gesetz zur Steigerung der Produktion wissensbasierter Unternehmen best\u00e4tigt werden.\u201c<\/p><p>Dementsprechend m\u00fcssen, wie das Amt f\u00fcr Export- und Importvorschriften des Ministeriums f\u00fcr Industrie, Bergbau und Handel (MIMT) dem iranischen Zoll mitteilte, die Zollbefreiungen f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die \u00fcber Genehmigungen f\u00fcr Renovierungen und Modernisierungen verf\u00fcgen, ebenfalls vom Lenkungsausschuss f\u00fcr wissensbasierte Technologien unter dem Vorsitz des Vizepr\u00e4sidenten f\u00fcr Wissenschaft, Technologie und wissensbasierte Wirtschaft gepr\u00fcft und genehmigt
