DESCRIPTION:Four Percent Growth in Iran-Germany Trade in 2024				\n		After
  hitting a 25-year low in 2023\, trade between Iran and Germany grew by f
 our percent in 2024\, reaching 1.5 billion euros.\nAccording to the Germa
 n-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and based on data from Germany
 ’s Federal Statistical Office\, trade between Iran and Germany increase
 d by four percent in 2024\, amounting to 1.5 billion euros\, compared to 
 1.45 billion euros in 2023. During this period\, Germany’s exports to I
 ran rose by six percent to 1.28 billion euros\, while Iran’s exports to
  Germany declined by eight percent to 226 million euros.\nStatistics for 
 December 2024 show that bilateral trade reached 134 million euros\, marki
 ng a one percent increase compared to December 2023. Germany’s exports 
 for the month totaled 116 million euros\, reflecting a six percent rise\,
  whereas Iran’s exports dropped by 26 percent to 17 million euros.\nTra
 ded Goods in 2024\nAccording to the Standard International Trade Classifi
 cation (SITC)\, the leading category of goods exported from Germany to Ir
 an in 2024 was machinery and transport equipment (SITC-7)\, valued at 520
  million euros. This was followed by chemicals and related products (SITC
 -5)\, worth 440 million euros. Imports of these two categories into Iran 
 grew by one percent and 14 percent\, respectively\, in 2024. However\, Ge
 rmany’s food exports to Iran decreased by 14 percent.\nIran’s top exp
 ort to Germany in 2024 was food and live animals (SITC-0)\, amounting to 
 107 million euros\, with a 23 percent growth compared to the previous yea
 r. Meanwhile\, exports of non-edible\, non-fuel raw materials (SITC-2) de
 clined by 25 percent\, reaching 60 million euros.		\n					\n									Full
