DESCRIPTION:Iran's Exports to Europe Hit Highest Level Since Late 2022				
 \n		While overall trade between Iran and the European Union declined in t
 he first quarter of 2025\, Iran’s exports in March reached their highes
 t level since November 2022.According to Eurostat\, total trade between I
 ran and the EU in Q1 2025 amounted to €1.035 billion\; a 19% drop compa
 red to the same period last year. EU exports to Iran were valued at €82
 7 million\, down 22%\, while Iran’s exports to the EU reached €211 mi
 llion\, just 3% lower than the previous year.\nIn March alone\, the two s
 ides traded €336 million worth of goods\; 22% less than in March 2024. 
 Of that\, €245 million came from EU exports to Iran (a sharp 31% drop)\
 , while Iran’s exports to Europe climbed to €91 million. That’s a 2
 6% increase from the €72 million recorded in March 2024 and marks the h
 ighest monthly figure since November 2022\, when exports stood at €91.7
  million.\nBreaking down the trade by category\, the EU’s leading expor
 t to Iran in Q1 2025 was chemicals and related products\, n.e.s. (SITC 5)
 \, with a total value of €249 million\, a 6% drop from the previous yea
 r. Machinery and transport equipment (SITC 7)\, which held the top spot l
 ast year\, fell by 34% and ranked second this year.\nOn the other hand\, 
 Iran’s top export to Europe during the same period was food and live an
 imals (SITC 0)\, amounting to €98 million\, a solid 15% increase compar
