 	In the first quarter of the Iranian fiscal year 1404 (corresponding to M
 arch 20 to June 20\, 2025) both Iran’s exports and imports experienced 
 YOY declines of 14% and 12%\, respectively.According to the Iranian Custo
 ms Administration\, non-oil exports totaled $11.655 billion during this p
 eriod\, representing a 14.4% decrease compared to the same quarter in the
  previous fiscal year. Imports also fell to $13.029 billion\, reflecting 
 an 11.73% decline YOY.\nChina accounted for 30% of Iran’s total exports
 \, making it the country’s top export destination. It was followed by I
 raq (16%)\, the United Arab Emirates (14%)\, and Turkey (8%). In terms of
  imports\, the United Arab Emirates was the largest source\, supplying 33
 % of Iran’s total imports. China followed with a 29% share\, Turkey wit
 h 17%\, India with 4%\, and Germany with 3.9%.
