 		On November 5\, 2025\, the Ordinary Annual General Assembly of the Germ
 an-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce was held in Tehran\, where me
 mbers overwhelmingly approved the Chamber’s performance over the past y
 ear.The meeting\, chaired by Shahin Asghari\, President of the Chamber\, 
 was attended by Abolfazl Roghani Golpayegani\, Vice President\, Amir Hous
 hang Fazeli\, Treasurer\, and the Chamber members\, in the presence of a 
 representative from the German Embassy in Tehran.During the session\, the
  President welcomed the members and guests\, presented the agenda\, and s
 ubsequently delivered reports from the management\, treasurer\, inspector
 \, and auditor. The Chamber’s performance and financial statements were
  approved with an overwhelming majority\; with only one dissenting vote.F
 ollowing the approval of the management’s performance\, elections were 
 held for the positions of auditor\, inspector\, and the designated newspa
 per for official announcements. Based on members’ votes\, the results w
 ere as follows:Main Inspector: Ata Ebrahimi-TanhaDeputy Inspector: Ashkan
  NaghdiAuditor: Azmoon Pardaz Audit InstituteOfficial Newspaper: Donya-e-
 EqtesadElections were also held for the Election Steering Committee 2026\
 , following self-introductions by the candidates. The main and alternate 
 members of the committee were elected as follows:Armaghan KarimiMehdi Rah
 matizadehMahmoud KarimiBijan Pouladi SouviniSaeed Mansour AfsharRasoul Mo
 ghaddam (understudy)Additionally\, the Chamber’s Election Regulations w
 ere reviewed and unanimously reapproved. It was also decided that the upc
 oming Board Election will be held earlier than the usual schedule\, in co
 ordination with the Election Committee and the current Board.The session 
 was also attended by Ali Majedi\, Senior Advisor to the Chamber on Intern
 ational Affairs\, and Leo Holzer\, Head of the Political Section of the G
 erman Embassy in Tehran. With the conclusion of this General Assembly\, m
 embers once again reaffirmed the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and C
 ommerce’s active and transparent role in maintaining and strengthening 
 the economic and industrial ties between the two countries.		\n			\n				#
