 n				\n		At a meeting of the Club Junger Unternehmer of the German-Irania
 n Chamber of Industry and Commerce\, Ali Majedi and the members of the cl
 ub engaged in an exchange of experiences\, strengthened strategic perspec
 tives\, and discussed the readiness of young private sector actors for ch
 anging economic conditions.The roundtable panel of the Club Junger Untern
 ehmer of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce was held wit
 h the participation of club members and focused on economic resilience un
 der current conditions. The event featured Ali Majedi\, Senior Advisor fo
 r International Affairs at the Chamber\, former Ambassador of Iran to Ger
 many and Japan\, and a veteran executive in the fields of economics and e
 nergy. The session provided a valuable opportunity to benefit from practi
 cal experience in economic diplomacy and international trade.The event\, 
 attended by around 30 club members\, examined topics such as managing eco
 nomic uncertainty\, the role of the private sector in maintaining interna
 tional connections\, and the importance of a strategic approach in engagi
 ng with foreign markets. Ali Majedi’s presence\, given his background i
 n high-level decision-making roles including senior positions at the Cent
 ral Bank and the Ministry of Oil\, added depth and analytical richness to
  the discussions.At the beginning of the session\, emphasis was placed on
  the mission of the Club Junger Unternehmer as a platform for transferrin
 g experience from seasoned managers and decision-makers to the new genera
 tion of economic actors. Attention was also given to the role of the Germ
 an-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in preserving communication c
 hannels with foreign companies and preparing the ground for expanding coo
 peration in the future.In the following segment\, Ali Majedi drew on his 
 experience in diplomacy and international economics to outline the genera
 l frameworks influencing foreign trade\, the position of cooperation with
  Europe\, and the importance of professional engagement with internationa
 l companies. This part highlighted the need for realism\, continuous dial
 ogue\, and leveraging the capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises 
 as one of the sustainable paths for economic cooperation.The final part o
 f the session was dedicated to an interactive discussion and Q&amp\;A\, a
 llowing club members to benefit from the guest speaker’s macro-level an
 alyses and practical experiences regarding the future of the economy\, fo
 reign trade\, and the role of young private sector actors. This exchange 
 further enhanced the value of the meeting as a space for learning and syn
 ergy.The CJU of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce is a 
 network of Iranian and German managers and businesspeople under the age o
 f forty. Through meetings\, specialized workshops\, and interactive event
 s\, it provides opportunities for skill development\, network expansion\,
  and the transfer of professional experience among its members.		\n
