  of Industry and Commerce was elected as a member of the Council of this 
 committee.The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of ICC Iran was held on Mo
 nday\, 17 February 2026\, with the agenda of reviewing and approving the 
 financial performance report for the year 1403 (2024/2025)\, electing one
 -third of the Council members whose three-year term had expired\, and sel
 ecting the statutory auditor.During the meeting\, the performance and fin
 ancial reports of ICC Iran for the year 1403 were discussed and approved.
  Subsequently\, the candidates for Council membership were introduced. Ou
 t of 32 nominees\, the following members were elected through an in-perso
 n vote as one-third of the Council members of ICC Iran for a three-year t
