  place on the Chamber's premises\, the President\, Vice President\, Treas
 urer and Managing Director were elected. At this meeting\, Shahin Asghari
  was elected President of the Board of the German-Iranian Chamber of Indu
 stry and Commerce by the votes of the Board members and Abolfazl Roghani 
 Golpaigani and Werner Helmut Rainer Kohlert were elected Iranian and Germ
 an Vice-Presidents respectively. Amir Hoshang Fazli was also elected Trea
 surer of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce by the membe
 rs of the Board of Directors.
