DESCRIPTION:37% increase in exports of live animals and food from Iran to 
 Europe		\n		According to Eurostat\, Iran's exports to the European Union 
 continue to increase.\nAccording to the European Union's statistical offi
 ce\, after August 2023\, when Iranian exports to Europe reached their low
 est level in the last three years\, Iranian exports to the EU-27 continue
 d to rise until February 2024. From January to February 2024\, the volume
  of trade between Iran and the European Union totalled €849 million\, a
 n increase of 9% compared to the same period last year. Of this amount\, 
 €704 million was accounted for by the share of European exports to Iran
 \, which increased by 10%\, and Iran also had €145 million in exports t
 o Europe (four per cent positive).\nIn February 2024\, the volume of trad
 e between Iran and Europe totalled EUR 469 million\, an increase of 31% c
 ompared to February 2023 (EUR 359 million) European exports to Iran reach
 ed €393 million in February 2024\, an increase of 32% compared to the p
 revious year Iran exported €76 million to Europe\, an increase of 24%.\
 nIn the first two months of 2024\, the largest commodity group exported f
 rom Europe to Iran was machinery and transport equipment worth 238 millio
 n euros (19% increase). On the other hand\, the largest group of goods ex
 ported from Iran to the EU-27 was food and live animals (37% increase).\n
