DESCRIPTION:94% of Members Approve Performance of the German-Iranian Chamb
 er of Industry and Commerce		\n		On August 27\, 2024\, the Annual Ordinar
 y General Assembly of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce
  was held in the Kooh-Noor Hall of the Parsian Evin Hotel in Tehran. Duri
 ng the meeting\, the members approved all the reports presented and elect
 ed the auditor\, inspector\, and the official newspaper for the upcoming 
 term.\nThe 2024 Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the German-Iranian Ch
 amber of Industry and Commerce was opened by Shahin Asghari\, the Preside
 nt of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and chair of th
 e meeting. At this meeting\, Abolfazl Roghani Golpaygani\, Vice President
 \, and Shahab Javanmardi\, a member of the Board of Directors of the Germ
 an-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce\, were also present.\nAfter w
 elcoming the attendees and reading the agenda\, he presented his report. 
 Following this\, the reports of the Chamber’s CEO and Treasurer were al
 so delivered. Additionally\, Atta Tanha\, the principal inspector of the 
 German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce\, and Abbas Vafadar\, the
  representative of Azmoon Pardaz Auditing Institute\, the Chamber's audit
 or\, presented their reports to the members. All reports were approved by
  the members present at the assembly.\nAfterward\, the members conducted 
 the election for the inspector\, auditor\, and official newspaper for the
  new term of the German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce\, with t
 he following results:\n- Principal Inspector: Atta Ebrahimi Tanha\n- Alte
 rnate Inspector: Ashkan Naghdi\n- Auditor: Azmoon Pardaz Auditing Institu
 te\n- Official Newspaper: Donya-e-Eqtesad\nThe assembly also addressed a 
 matter regarding the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Indus
 try (DIHK) and its position that the German-Iranian Chamber should refrai
 n from using the logo of the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK). It
  was decided that the German-Iranian Chamber would design and adopt a new
  logo for its use.\nAnother issue raised was members' complaints regardin
 g the 2023 board election. After discussion\, it was resolved that four c
 urrent board members would be replaced in accordance with the Chamber’s
  bylaws. The board was tasked with holding an early election for the boar
 d of directors\, following the Chamber’s bylaws and the election regula
